Carl Icahn trying to remove Jerry Yang at Yahoo

In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, corporate raider Carl Icahn accused Yahoo's board of "sabotaging" a takeover bid by Microsoft and wants to oust the Yahoo board members including Jerry Yang. Recently, a lawsuit revealed that Yahoo turned down an offer as high as $40 from Microsoft back in January 2007. A Yahoo spokesman said the company is not aware of such an offer. There will be two camps when Yahoo's annual shareholder meeting takes place on August 1 - Jerry and Yahoo vs Carl Icahn and Microsoft.
