A Shot at Love 2 finale

Tila Tequila was not happy with the outcome of the “A Shot at Love 2” finale. Tila selected Kristy Morgan only to have Kristy break her heart in the end. Kristy admits that she’s not ready to take on everything that key represents. A tearful Tila can’t believe that she’s had her heart broken…again and wonders why week after week Kristy Morgan kept accepting the key if she was not ready for love. Tila retires to her bedroom to contemplate why she keeps offering up her heart only to have people reject it.

Although some people think that the rejection makes way for “A shot at Love 3”, Tila Tequila’s post says otherwise “THERE IS NO SEASON 3! OVERRRR IT! THANKS….“

72 Hour Film Shootout voting begins

After being delayed by a couple days, the voting for the 5th Annual 72 Hour Film Shootout has now started. The theme this year was “a first goodbye“. There are almost 40 shorts for viewing and voting for the audience awards, so cast your online ballots from July 2-July 11. You are allowed to vote ONCE, and ONLY ONCE. You must pick YOUR FAVORITE, and can ONLY VOTE FOR ONE FILM. You can watch and vote here.

We noticed the site keep going up and down, so be patient. (Maybe there is too much traffic for the site to handle!!)

Rebuilding The Bridge

For those of you in the NY area, here’s a chance to catch the JabbaWockeez in your city. You are invited to “Rebuilding The Bridge”, a charity fundraising event to benefit the China Earthquake relief efforts. The event will take place on Saturday, July 12, and will feature a ground breaking coalition of Asian American performers and not-for-profit organizations as we raise awareness and dollars to help rebuild China’s Sichuan region after one the most devastating natural disasters in recent memory.

Wong Fu Productions is hosting their first online video contest! The theme “Nice is Never out of style.” All you have to do is make a short video 30sec to 5min long showing why “nice is never out of style”. Be creative, be original, and have fun. It can be anything from a webcam video, to a full on productions with 100 people. The Wong Fu Production team just wants to see your interpretation and story!
