I Survived a Japanese Game Show gets renewed

ABC is giving “I Survived a Japanese Game Show” a second season. Ten (10) episodes of the game show have been ordered and expected to air during he summer of 2009. Ten Americans will again compete on a Japanese game show with the final winner getting a grand prize of $250k. Will we see the return of Tony Sano, Rome Kanda, Judge Bobo, and Mama-san? Will there be an Asian American contestant on the show?

Look like ABC is trying to reassemble the one-two punch of “WipeOut” and “I Survived a Japanese Game Show.” However, ABC is being sued over WipeOut.
