Valentine’s Day in Japan and Korea

How do people celebrate Valentine’s day in Japan and Korea? AZN Lifestyle TV explores the V-day tradition in Asia. (the short is pretty funny.) On February 14th, women buy chocolate for men it can be Giri Choco (out of courtesy chocolate) or Homei Choco (i love you chocolate). A month later on March 14th, it is White Day. Men give women Sanbai Gaeshi (thrice the return). That’s three times what the guy got form the girl on V-day.



What about the single people? In Korea, on April 14th, it’s Black Day. This is where singles wear black and hang out with each other.
