Chicago-based IBU, comprised of Tommy Chanthasene, Mike Musni, and Jonathan Shauf, has recently completed their sophomore album “Inspired By U”. On this album, IBU wants to showcase their true R&B character as an artist, in the true tradition of their soulful and harmony drenched compositions. The songs will present a more mature IBU, vocally and artistically. After a year in production, the album is expected to drop on July 12, 2009. Look for the digital release before then. The album contains twelve tracks featuring producers and songwriters from all over the U.S. and Europe. (BTW – IBU, short for Inspired By U, so you can kinda say is a self-titled album.)
