The Onion sells out to China’s Yu Wan Mei

Satirical website The Onion created a front page spoof on their site touting its acquisition by China’s Yu Wan Mei, the Amalgamated Salvage Fisheries and Polymer Injection Group. You can see it here.

UFC lightweight champ B.J. Penn has massive leg strength to pull this off. He jumps out of a pool at the 3ft level. That’s a 3 foot vertical leap for a dude that is only 5-foot-9. Within a few days, the video already has almost 2.5 million views on YouTube.

BTW – BJ Penn will be fighting in UFC 101 against Kenny Florian on August 8, 2009.
