Survive 20 days on $20.09

To support a contest for the Twenty09 Challenge, David Lee, an advertising student at the University of Texas, created a viral campaign. The idea he came up with was to see if he could survive 20 days with food worth $20.09. That’s $1 a day!!. David created a site to chronicle his experiences eating on a budget. You can check it out here. (Today is day 16 of 20.) He’s got rules on what he can and can not do along with polls to help decide what he’s going to eat. Along with the site, he’s also got a twitter and YouTube account to assist in his promotional endeavors. David’s definitely applying his advertising knowledge for his campaign. He’s got the Asian American blogosphere writing about him today. Nice find by Angry Asian Man.
