Olivia Munn on the cover of Maxim

Olivia Munn’s been tearing it up in the last half of 2009 from hosting the Bingathon to grabbing magazine covers on Playboy, The Hundreds, and her own Hey Olivia to blitzing the late night talk show circuit with Jimmy Fallon, Geroge Lopez, and Carson Daly. She’s not done yet. She’s got the cover of the January 2010 issue of Maxim and she’s bringing the hotness on this shoot.

Check out the video below for some behind the scenes footage. Olivia Munn is jumping on a trampoline and eating Cool Whip. The Maxim issue comes out on Thursday. We’re expecting big things from Olivia Munn in 2010. Almost forgot our favorite video of Olivia Munn this year “Be a Hiro and get Olivia Munn“. Watch the extended version.

Sikumi (On the Ice)

The YouTube Screening Room is showing the award winning short film “Sikumi (On the Ice)”. Check out the 15 minute short. Here’s a synopsis:

Sikumi (On the Ice) is the story of Apuna (Brad Weyiouanna), an Inuit hunter, who drives his dog team out on the frozen Arctic Ocean in search of seals and inadvertently becomes a witness to murder. In the microscopic communities of Arctic Alaska there is no anonymity, thus the hunter knows both the victim and the murderer. The murderer, Miqu (Tony Bryant), claiming self-defense and desperate to avoid punishment, tries to persuade his friend to forget what he has seen, and help dispose of the body. Apuna is then forced to navigate the uneasy morality between honoring the body and memory of one friend and destroying the life of another.

BTW – It’s the winner of the Jury Prize for Short Filmmaking at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.
