Wong Fu Weekends: Episode 26

Wong Fu Weekends - Episode 26

Wong Fu Productions shows what a company meeting is like for them. Wes, Phil and Ted picks a very impractical way (think Survivor) to choose the coveted title of being the Fun Committee Commissioner. Who will be the top vote-getter and be crowned Fun Committee Commissioner?

Be sure to watch Dance to This Song (Pop-Up video) they released this week. The guys of Wong Fu will be really busy these next few weeks with ISA. If you’re lucky enough to get tickets, you’ll see them at the 2010 International Secret Agents Concert in NY and LA.

Nam Phan in The Ultimate Fighter Season 12

Nam Phan in The Ultimate Fighter Season 12

Vietnamese-American MMA Fighter, Nam Phan, is going to be on The Ultimate Fighter, a Mixed Martial Arts program that airs in September on Spike TV. His professional record is 15-7, making him one of the most seasoned fighters among the 28 chosen with 22 record fights, as reported by Sherdog.com. He also owns his own Mixed Martial Arts Academy (Ma Du Academy) located in Garden Grove, CA.

The 12th season of The Ultimate Fighter focuses on the lightweight division (155 lbs) competing for a six-figure contract with the preeminent mixed martial organization in the world. As in prior seasons, 14 of these competitors will win a preliminary bout to gain a place in the Ultimate Fighter House, one step closer to their ultimate goal, whereas the losers of these bouts are sent home. Two of mixed martial arts’ biggest stars – UFC welterweight champion Georges “Rush” St-Pierre, and the number one contender to his belt, Josh Koscheck, will serve as coaches this season. The two will square off as coaches during the 12 week run of the show, and will later meet inside the Octagon with the welterweight title on the line at a UFC pay-per-view event. The new season premieres Wednesday, September 15, 2010.

Thoughts from Jeanie Syfu on Episode 7:

I really enjoy connecting with people around the country and world with this blog. Watching Dirty Little Secret has me reminiscing on my amazing experiences as a TRESemmé Stylist. Not everyone I meet spills a dark secret like Riley and some just want a hair tip or piece of advice. There’s satisfaction when you know you have helped someone whether it be deciding on what brush to use, helping an aspiring stylist follow his or her dream or just being a sounding board. When I get emails from people who tell me I’ve made an impact in their life, it’s a great feeling!

The Catalyst music video by Linkin Park

The Catalyst music video by Linkin Park

Linking Park released the music video for their first single “The Catalyst” off their upcoming “A Thousand Suns”. The visuals are amazing in the video. A whole lotta smoke along with colored powder going down in the video. Band member Joe Hahn directed this one. The concept behind the video is to show how something can be seen as both positive & negative or beautiful & ugly. This duplicity will be a theme through all the tracks in the album.
