Dia sent this tweet out about her time on The Voice

Blah, most nerve racking day ever. Performing like that took it to another level of nervousness. Sweaty palms! Thanks friends for watchin

Dia is part of the indie rock group Meg & Dia with her sister. They just released an album last month called “Cocoon”. Listen to more Dia on the album by copping it on Cocoon - Meg & Dia. Cocoon was funded by Meg & Dia with their own blood, sweat, tears, and hard earned money. There is no label, corporation or business behind it.

Female Chinese musician plays piano x violin x guzheng

This young woman is gaining some attention globally with her unique talent to play both Western and Chinese instruments simultaneously. This one woman band switches seemlessly between violin, piano, and guzheng while playing a mashup of Chinese and classical music. Timing is everything. The video has gained tons of views in San Francisco, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Google Chrome Commercial: Dear Sophie

Google Chrome Commercial: Dear Sophie

This Google Chrome ad has gone viral over the past few days. Asian American father Daniel Lee uses Google & the web to share memories with his daughter as she grows up. It’s a touching video on how technology can change the ways we communicate with someone. We wonder what Sophie will think of all this when she grows up. She might need to get a Graduation Commercial for her Google Search Story.
