All I Wanna Be by Lica de Guzman x Richard Poon

All I Wanna Be by Lica de Guzman x Richard Poon

Here’s an interesting collaboration between a 13 year old Swiss singing sensation Lica de Guzman and multi-platinum crooner Richard Poon. The pair got together to shoot a music video in London for their duet “All I Wanna Be”. Lica is a Switzerland based Pinay who was handpicked by the legendary Phil Collins to join his “Little Dreams Foundation”. (We’re sure people will draw comparisons to Charice). Richard Poon is a Chinese singer/songwriter born in the Philippines with a bloodline in entertainment.

Better Yet by Gabe Bondoc

Better Yet by Gabe Bondoc

Singer Gabe Bondoc wrote a song about cutting loose. He started writing this song in 2008 on the ukulele. Finally finished it 3 years later and rearranged it for the guitar! Talk about a long term project. It’s a cute little song about romance.

Lyrics to Better Yet by Gabe Bondoc

I couldn’t be more obvious
about the way I feel tonight

And I couldn’t want much more than us
that’s the way I feel inside

You, you’ve been holding back and I’d
love to find out why, oh why

We, we could move so perfectly
just come out with me, let’s try

Can I have one chance?
Better yet, I want one dance
Can I see what you are like when the lights go out?

You say you’re not the dancing type
Baby, nor am I, it’s fine

Baby don’t be nervous, it’s cool, we’ll keep it natural
No need to impress me, already think you’re wonderful
I can see myself with you for a long, long time

Chorus

Let’s get moving baby, we’ll cut loose
Let this music show us what to do
And if you take my hand while we’re dancing, well, that’s alright
I’ve been waiting for this moment so long
All I want’s for you to feel at home
With me

Chorus

Invisible by AM Kidd

Invisible by AM Kidd

Musician AM Kidd released his latest track “Invisible”. The song tells the story of an “invisible” kid in school. While he was mistreated in his younger days, he’s driven to succeed in the future. One day he’d do it all and he would show em all. For anyone that felt isolated or left out, this song’s for you.

Lyrics to Invisible by AM Kidd

Verse 1:
he never had, nice kicks or the brand names
every day he wore the same old clothes
he was that, kid in class with the bad grades
at lunch time he would roll alone
in the cafeteria, no one at his table
listening to nas, writing lyrics on his papers
no one said “hello “so his days came and went
he never had a friend, no he never had a friend

all he had was his music, always by his side
he hardly spoke a word but lyrics come alive
all his insecurities would spill into his lines
suddenly him and the world re-aligned

so everything clicked, he know he’d make it through
he didn’t have to be popular or be cool
cause one day, some day, he’ll do it real big
and people from the past would ask, isn’t that kid
that we used to call..

Chorus:
mr. invisible
he didn’t have to be the cool kid
doing all the cool shit
he’s fine as mr. invisible
one day he’d do it all
and he would show em all

Verse 2:
he always hada big heart and a big dream
he never cared if no one understood
and he was just, addicted to it like a drug feen
and he was down to do anything thing he could

cause he’d walk around the hallway, no one said whassup
even with the girls, he rarely had luck
he would write em letters and he’d find em in the trash
he never got a chance, no he never got a chance

but he knew it his heart, that there would be a day
he’d walk into a room and everybody knew his name
and all the girls before, would write him letters back
and he would say thank you and put em in a stack

so he stood tall, nothing seemed to phase him
all he kept thinkin bout was lights and the stages
and one day, some day, he’ll do it real big
and everybody now would wish they was like him

Chorus:
he don’t care if he’s mr. invisible
he didn’t have to be the cool kid
doing all the cool shit
he’s fine as mr. invisible
one day he’d do it all
and he would show em all

cuz he never had nice kicks or the brand names
every day he wore the same old clothes
and he was that, kid in class with the bad grades
and at lunch time he would roll alone

but now he’s in the club, and everybody greets him
ladies show him love, they lining up to meet him
little do they know bout his story and his past
how he never got a hand, he never got a hand

all he had was music, never left his side
he always knew his dream would be reality in time
he listened to his heart and his heart never lied
he found who he was, and it wasn’t hard to find
cause since day one, he knew he’d be okay
he used to be a nobody now he’s paving ways
he wouldn’t change a thing about his past cause it made him
who he is
and now he’s doing it big!

It’s okay to be Mr. Invisible

Jedi A-Holes Strike Back with Freddie Wong

Freddie Wong and his crew tend to not do a lot of sequels, but they couldn’t resist going back and doing another Jedi A-holes. These guys really abuse the force for their own entertainment! Plenty of light saber action that you won’t see in Star Wars. BTW – The kids (Dylan and William) at the end were from kids react to FreddieW.
