Rapper Ed-Two released another song “Time of My Life” from his upcoming mixtape “No Reservations”. His song recaps the best times of his life during the 90’s. Follow his ups and downs in his hood when he was younger. It’s the last official track he’ll be droppin before he releases his 16 track mixtape in its entirety sometime soon. (We hear it’s in June.)

Slick Watts by Blue Scholars

Recently, Seattle-based Blue Scholars dropped a short film/music video for their track “Slick Watts” off the Cinemetropolis album. The basketball themed video features former NBA basketball player Slick Watts himself. See what a day in the life of Seattle without the Sonics is like. If you’re a Supersonics fan, you’ll love this video as hip hop meets basketball. Watch Slick Watts, Prometheus Brown, Sabzi, Donald Watts, Neema Khorrami, J Pinder, Vitamin D, Big Lo, Steve Kelley, and Brian Robinson remenisce about the days of the Sonics.

You can get the single on Slick Watts - Cinemetropolis or amazon. Also check out the video for Fou Lee.

FYI – The Seattle Supersonics were part of the NBA from 1967 until 2008. In 2006, the Sonics were sold to an Oklahoma City businessman, and now play as the Okalhoma City Thunder.
