Back To You by Naya Marie

Lyrics to Back To You by Naya Marie

[verse 1]
You come in the room but I look down
You walk by me, I turn around
Every little thing you do makes me trip
I lose my cool

[verse 2]
Wish it was me that made you smile
Wish you knew you’re so my style
Put you on like a hand in a glove
You made me start to believe in love

[pre-chorus]
And I’m trying not to let go
Of my self-control’s control
Don’t even want to admit that it’s you who I want in my life
But it feels so right

[chorus]
Cuz I go back to you
Thoughts go back to you
I try to move on, it will never be
So I go back to you

Cuz I go back to you
Thoughts go back to you
I’m not in your world, I want you in mine
So I go right back to you

[verse 3]
Just when I think I’m safe from my heart
I catch myself with thoughts of you
You think it’s better if we stay apart
But I look in the mirror, I gotta stay true

[pre-chorus]
I find myself looking over
On the far side, you pass me by
Don’t even want to admit that it’s you who I want in my life
But it feels so right

[chorus]

[bridge / vocal breakdown]

[repeat chorus to fade]
