Two legendary athletes world figure skating champion Michelle Kwan and world champion diver Greg Louganis go head-to-head in the first ever Deck-athlon at sea. It’s ice vs water and winter vs summer. The two Olympians battle it in 10 events out at sea.

Event 3: Figure Skating – Michelle Kwan answers the call of the sea with a perfectly choreographed routine
Event 4: Diving – Greg Louganis answers the call of the sea with a perfect dive in the only Aquatheater at sea
Event 5: Zip Line – master the sky with artistic performance
Event 6: Mini Golf – face off on the links with the putters
Event 7: Cupcake Cupboard – decorate cupcakes to taste sweet victory
Event 8: Table Tennis – topspin to the ping pong champ
Event 9: Basketball – one-on-one basketball
Event 10: Casino – shoot craps to be a winner

The Royal Deck-athlon with Michelle Kwan vs Greg Louganis
In the Powerhouse episode “Maybe She Wheel”, Tim and Pedro have to be on their best behavior when Rick is visited by an old flame. (see Powerhouse Season 1 Episode 1 and Powerhouse Season 2 Episode 13). When Rick’s date returns in a wheelchair after getting squashed by a 50 foot stripper, Rick gets a second chance at love. The CMF Distinguished Filmmakers Network (DFN) and Lenovo have launched the “Seize the Night” Alternate Ending Challenge. DFN members produced alternate endings to Lenovo’s short “Seize the Night” video (beginning around when the enter button is pushed on the Ultrabook). The alternate ending with the most views by September 9, 2012 wins US $15,000. Several talented Asian American filmmakers are in the mix for the finals: Kelly Li, Anthony Bui, and Lanly Le. The top entrants received production budgets to visually capture the essence of Lenovo’s latest ultra-thin and ultra-light Ultrabook devices. Check out the final entries below.

An award-winning filmmaker with works featured nationwide on platforms such as MTV and Virgin America, Li is a firm believer in telling personal stories with universal themes. His last piece of work premiered at the Directors’ Guild of America at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival. Currently, he’s finishing development of his first feature film.

Anthony was born and raised in Los Angeles, so it seemed like destiny that he’d end up in the film industry. After deciding from a young age that he wanted to pursue the visual arts, he crafted a road to USC where he studied film production. Upon graduating, Anthony immediately began working on building his portfolio by shooting promos, commercials, and music videos for both local talent and corporations. He’s worked with the largest content creators on Youtube, Maker Studios, and has numerous viral videos to show for it. Although shooting branded content for the likes of Tide, Intel, and Panasonic have also been great, his passion is to direct feature films–something he hopes to do soon.
