Last night “King of the Nerds” crowned their first champion : Queen Celeste Anderson. (Perhaps they need to change the title of the show.) In the final episode, she fended off the other contestants Ivan, Genevieve, and Danielle to claim victory. A three way girl fight emerged as the last man standing fell along with his Segway in the maze of terror. The remaining trio competed in Nerd Trivia. After a close match, Celeste and Genevieve came out as the final two. All of the banished nerds returned as jury members to decide who would be crowned “King of the Nerds” or really Queen of the Nerds. Each of the final two had there own way to tell the jury of their peers why they should win. With the final tales told, Celesta won over the hearts of her fellow nerds to win season 1 of King of the Nerds.
