Steven Ho x Conan O’Brien self defense against guns & knives

Steven Ho x Conan O'Brien self defense against guns & knivesSteven Ho x Conan O'Brien fends off attack in bathroom
Stuntman Steven Ho returns to teach another class on Late Night with Conan O’Brien. In the episode, he shows Conan some self defense techniques that work against guns and knives. For guns, either scurry out if you’re far from the assailant or if you’re in the critical zone, distract the gunman and knock the gun away. For knives, use your surroundings, keep a distance, make lateral movements, isolate the weapon to disarm. With the training complete, Steven puts Conan the very dangerous location of public restrooms. With one entrance/exit, no cameras, no witnesses, walls that are thick, and you’re usually caught with your pants down, public restrooms aren’t as safe as you think. Is Conan prepared for what’s coming?

Suzy Nakamura talks Yolanda on Go On

Suzy Nakamura talks Yolanda on Go On

In NBC’s new comedy series “Go On,” Suzy Nakamura stars as Yolanda, a sycophant to support group leader, Lauren (Laura Benanti). With her tightly-wound demeanor, Yolanda is a stellar doctor and an easy target within the group. Here’s more about “Go On”:

When the going gets tough, it’s time to get laughing. Sports radio talk show host Ryan King (Matthew Perry) has just been through hell, so his plan? Get back to work and get on with his life. Unfortunately, his boss has another idea: join a support group before getting back on the air.

Now, in the last place he ever thought he’d be, surrounded by an oddball cast of characters each with their own issues, the charming but cocky Ryan is in more trouble than ever. He’s never been accused of being a team player.

So, it’s a big surprise when Ryan’s lack of interest in everyone’s sob stories – and total dismissal in his own, proves to be just what this group needs to deal with their stuff. Could it be this eccentric bunch really will help him get on with his life? Now, that’s funny.

“Go On” premieres today September 11, 2012 at 9/8c PM on NBC.
