Natalie Coughlin wins gold in women's 100 meter backstroke


Natalie Coughlin not only won gold medal in the Women's 100 meter backstroke, but she also become the first woman to ever defend her title in the event. Coughlin finished the event in 58.96 seconds. The day before Natalie Coughlin won silver in women's 4x100 meters freestyle relay. Learn more about Asian Americans at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
