In their special holiday song, get introduced to apartment superintendent Mr. Fu and his unique tenants of 88 Jade Way. The crazy residents include Junkie Jim, Jesse, Red, Cat Lady, Gengha, Mr. Moolah, Homeless Man, and a whole bunch of cats. We’re not sure if we want to live at 88 Jade Way, but stay tuned in 2013.
