BJ Penn defended his UFC lightweight championship yesterday. He defeated Kenny Florian at 3:23 in the 4th round with a rear naked choke. It was Penn’s second successful defense of the title since he won it in 2008. With the win, Penn improves to 14-5-1. (Guess jumping out of pools is a good part of the training program). Diego Sanchez is probably next in line for a title shot against B.J. Penn.
