Welcome back Cynthia Lin and see the DEBUT OF HER ALL NEW BAND, the Blue Moon All-Stars!!

FEATURING:

Cynthia Lin and the Blue Moon All-Stars

Drawing comparisons to Edith Piaf and Joni Mitchell, San Francisco-based singer/songwriter Cynthia Lin captivates audiences with a rich, outsized voice and witty, honest storytelling. Cynthia has performed as a solo artist at Go!Ohana numerous times to great review, but this month is the premier of Cynthia and her FULL BAND, the Blue Moon All-Stars!! It’s Cynthia Lin as you’ve never heard her before…

The Soonest (unplugged)

Andrew plays some drums. Greg plays guitar. Young tries to sing and play guitar at the same time but has trouble doing it well sometimes. Alex is good at the bass. Young and Andrew like music and burritos so they formed a band. Greg likes music too so he came along for the ride. We found Alex on craigslist. We thought he was going to be crazy but he turned out alright. Young saw a picture of a lion riding a horse and he chose that for our name. When the lion refused to continue riding the horses, they agreed to change the name to The Soonest.

The League of Pogi Gentlemen

The League of Pogi Gentlemen, not to be confused with the League of Pangit Gentlemen, is a group of three baby turtles who met at Berkeley and decided to write songs about Love, Chocolate, and Money. Mostly all of their songs are about girls, save the one about chocolate, and the one about Filipino Time, which actually both turn out being about girls. Drawn by a team of fairies, Lou (Guitar and Vocals), Lenny (Everything and Vocals), and Eric (Keyboard, Auxillary Percussion, Vocals) melted many hearts with song back in the heyday of 2004-2008. Wow. They’ll take your musical experience to the eXtreme.

Wendy and Brian

We are a passionate, jazzy, soul-driven duo born out of serendipity in the San Francisco Bay Area.
