Actress Sandra Oh is in a PSA on the North Korean Refugee Adoption Act. This Act (H.R. 1464 and S. 416) would make it easier to adopt refugee children and reduce waiting time for adopting refugee children. Your support is crucial in encouraging members of Congress to pass this bill.
The North Korean Refugee Adoption Act, if passed, would allow Americans to adopt refugee orphans who have fled the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to neighboring countries such as Mongolia, Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries. These children are struggling in harsh circumstances, and run the risk of being sent back to DPRK. According to the World Food Program, DPRK faces regular food shortages, and one in three North Korean children under five are chronically malnourished.

THIS BILL MUST BE PAST. I cannot believe our government doesn’t do something about this. We need to save these people. I DON’T BELIEVE IN WAR BUT THE NORTH KOREAN GOVERNMENT MUST BE STOPPED. WAR MAY BE THE AWNSER TO FREE THE NORTH KOREAN PEOPLE FROM THE evils their leader has created for them. If Americans and other countries could adopt The North Korean children it would give them hope for freadom
