Asian Excellence Awards 2008

Asian Excellence Awards take place tonite at UCLA's Royce Hall. The event will be hosted by Bobby Lee (MADtv) and Carrie Ann Inaba (Dancing with the Stars). YouTube founder Steve Chen will be presented with the Pioneer Award and Olympic Figure-Skating Gold Medalist Kristi Yamaguchi will receive the special Inspiration Award. (BTW - Kristi Yamaaguchi just got a perfect score on Dancing with the Stars a few nights ago.) Some other high profile guests and performers include Jabbawockeez, KABA Modern, DJ Shy, Tia Carrere, Roscoe Umali, and many more Our previous post about online voting is here.
