ISA (International Secret Agents) is back in 2010 with a double dose in NY and in LA. This will be the first time the event will be held in NYC and will guaranteed to be sold out in both locations. To support this year’s concert, ISA is launching another search for this year’s breakout performer. (Who remembers last year’s winner Clara Chung? She got an album coming out soon.)
