You’re The Boss by Vinnie

You're The Boss by Vinnie
Up and coming Asian Canadian artist Vinnie dropped a music video for his track “You’re The Boss” off his album “Ain’t Got the Time.” The sexy music video features model Steph Ly and Vinnie getting it on in a Japanese restaurant. (It’s not quite naked sushi, Nyotaimori, but it gets pretty close to it.) The couple takes it from the dinner table to the bedroom. You can download the single on You're the Boss - Ain't Got the Time or amazon. Vinnie’s got more videos coming soon. Be on the look out for them.

Lyrics to You’re The Boss by Vinnie

Sometimes you feel a little bit apart
You’d like to make a little bit more
decisions, clear confusions, seed your visions with precision
Sometimes you know you wanna get involved
You’d like to be making the choices
So let’s hear the voices inside of you baby

I said HEY, ooh
Let me see what you got, if you wanna be the boss
I said HEY, ooh
Let me see what you got, if you wanna be the boss
Don’t you be afraid

I love the way you’re trying to take control over every move i make
I see you like taking the lead show me the way if that’s what i need
Give you the keys baby you may start the engine let’s fade away
Really i don’t care where we’re going
I’ll follow the flow and switch position

Because you’re the boss
Because you’re the boss
Because you’re the boss, the boss
You’re the boss (2X)

So now baby that you’re the driver
Tell me what road should we take? Should we go left, should we go right?
It’s up to you now, you’re the leader
Give me answers to all my questions
That’s a true leader’s definition
You thought it was easy
But here you are wearing the king’s crown

Valentine by composer George Shaw

Our friend, composer George Shaw, shared with us an epic instrumental cover of Valentine by Kina Grannis. He plays 8 instruments in the video including the piano, clarinet, melodica, guitar, xylophone, cajon, djembe, and shaker. Nice video with Valentine’s Day right around the corner along with celebrating the one year anniversary of the music video directed by Ross Ching. He even reps channelAPA sporting our T-shirt.

BTW – George did the ending music for our YouTube video. Thanks George.

This culture show will bring the audience back to ancient China, and tie all the values that were once important to the Chinese ancestors to the modern world. This is the basic plot of the play:

“LEGACY follows the journey of a contemporary young man from Los Angeles who is reluctant to embrace his heritage and unable to find his cultural identity. Upon desecrating a centuries-old ceremony, he discovers himself in imperial China, where he must navigate his way through unfamiliar territory in search of a way back home. As the entire kingdom prepares for the grand engagement ceremony between Princess Jia Rong and the legendary General Chen Hsu, a deadly plot to overthrow the dynasty looms over the horizon. It is here, amidst the fervor and excitement , that he comes face-to-face with his ancestor. “
