The cast of Community gets animated for their Christmas episode. The holiday special takes a page out of the stop motion programs like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. In the teaser, we see Danny Pudi as Abed searching for the meaning of Christmas along with the Community cast. Tune in on Thursday December 9, 2010.

The Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment (CAPE) presents its highly-anticipated “CAPE Soiree” at Vibiana (210 S. Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012), December 2, 2010; 6:30-11:00pm. Added to the list of stars is Mark Dacascos of Iron Chef: America. Dacascos competed in the 9th season of Dancing With the Stars. He joins his DWTS judge at this year’s star-studded Soiree. This year’s celebration honors Comedian Ken Jeong (The Hangover) and CBS President of Entertainment, Nina Tassler, for their efforts in advancing Asian Pacific Americans in front of and behind the camera.
Besides the awards show, the evening includes a silent auction, red carpet photo opportunities, and cuisine provided by some of LA’s finest dining establishments. Each year the “CAPE Soiree” provides an electrifying evening with opportunities to mingle with your favorite stars and studio executives. Also slated to appear are He’s Just Not That Into You’s Leonardo Nam, Fifty First Date’s Amy Hill, Twilight’s Justin Chon, CSI’s Archie Kao,Gilmore Girl’s Keiko Agena, Heroes’ James Kyson Lee, The People I’ve Slept With’s Karin Anna Cheung, Dinner for Schmuck’s Randall Park, Saving Face’s Michelle Krusiec, Ugly Betty’s Alex Mapa, and Disturbia’s Aaron Yoo. Intersection is a stark, stylish, and high quality Anime (Japanese-style animation) that provides a hard-hitting look at human trafficking and sexual exploitation in Asia. It is a riveting story told from the perspectives of five individuals who all play a part in the trafficking chain: the victim, the trafficker, the mamasan (brothel owner), the brothel client and an undercover cop. Intersection is part of a series of MTV EXIT content produced in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to raise awareness and help prevent human trafficking across the Asia Pacific. The half-hour anime features the voices of film star Ananda Everingham and MTV Asia VJ, Taya Rogers. The short film has been aired in several different Asian countries already. Intersection is MTV EXIT’s first animated film produced by Korean animation studio, JM Animation, the award-winning studio behind the highly-acclaimed, visually haunting, Wonderful Days (Sky Blue). The soundtrack features music by UK rock band, Radiohead and Thievery Corporation.
