If It Feels Good Then We Should by Mikey Bustos

Lyrics for If It Feels Good Then We Should by Mikey Bustos

I’m fly, sipping on my sangria,

soaking in the stimuli, flexing on the pati-ati-o

Suddenly, I catch you looking at me,

I’ll be rolling up my sleeve

Something’s telling me to make the move

It’s all good, ’cause life is so good,

Life is so good when you live by your feeling and you never say you could’a

Let me be your Buddha

If you’re in the mood and all your wits are telling you to taste it, girl, it’s all good.

I can see it in your eyes, it’s scaring you to need it so bad

Let me tell you it’s okay, ’cause if your heart says yes then grab it real good.

Chorus:

If it’s making us smile

If it’s pimping our style

If it’s driving us wild

Only logical that we should

Maybe friends will say no

Maybe Momma say don’t

As a rule I say yo,

If it feels good then we should

I’ve learned yes this crazy world will turn,

But tell me what have you earned, by denying joy-iy-oyi-oy

Touch me, show me you’re my baby.

I’m your king and you’re my queen.

This kingdom is ours and we can only make good.

‘Cause life is so good, Life is so good

When you live by your feeling and you never say you should’a

Take it from your Buddha

If you’re in the mood and all your wits are telling you to taste it, girl, it’s all good

I can see it in your eyes, it’s scaring you to need it so bad

Let me tell you it’s okay, ’cause if your heart says yes then grab it real good.

(repeat Chorus)

Come, baby, hit the spot

Get your lollipop

Ride it, baby, sweet on top

Get your lollipop

Come, baby, hit the spot

Get your lollipop

Ride it, baby, sweet on top

Get your lolli*pop*

Take all that you can get

Girl, you deserve it

Promise you will not regret

Take it bit by bit

Take all that you can get

Girl, you deserve it

Promise you will not regret

Take it bit by bit

(Repeat chorus X2)

Win Kollaboration Acoustic 3 tickets in Los Angeles

Kollaboration Acoustic 3 will take place on Saturday, August 22nd 2009, 7:30pm at the John Anson Ford Amphitheatre in Hollywood as the third and final Kollaboration show to take place in Southern California this year. Following the main Kollaboration 9 show which boasts 6,000 sold-out seats this past February and the recent success of Kollaboration Hip Hop and Laugh-Off, Kollaboration is bringing its Acoustic 3 show back for another unique evening for music and inspiring new talents.

Kollaboration Acoustic 3 will bring musicians that perform their vocals with various non-electrical instruments such as percussions, string and woodwind instruments. As an annual talent competition, 10 musical acts were selected after a competitive round of auditions in front of Kollaboration judges. Similar to past Kollaboration performers, many of this year’s performers have already garnered well established internet followings, while others are looking to Acoustic 3 to introduce their talents to a new fan base. This year’s performers to compete for First Place and $1,000 include: Gabe Bondoc, Mike Isberto, AJ Rafael Band, Susanna Yoon, Afraid of Everest, Jinah Kim, Megan Lee, David Tran aka Applesauce, Yoori Park and Alfa Garcia. Kollaboration Acoustic 3 will be another platform for the growing number of APA artists and the greater APA community to come together to celebrate under the summer stars in an intimate and friendly environment.

Last year’s Kollaboration Acoustic 2 winner was Jane Liu. She went on to be YouTube’s Unsigned Pick a few weeks ago.
