Lyrics to Dear Florence by Kevin Kaho Tsui

I know that I have only met you once or twice
But to me it feels like I have known you all my life
Ever since I first saw you, I’ve been acting like a fool
Pretending that I’m cool you think me rude but I was secretly falling for you

Colours changing hue, on this starry starry night
The canvas is plain white, Ill add some shadows and some lights
I wrote this song for you, I hope you’ll like it and don’t feel blue
Remember I will always lend my ears and listen to you

I may not have no cars or flowers
I may not give you kisses on the Eiffel Tower
But I’ll give you my heart, and slowly turns into your body part

Tonight is the night I’ll confess all of my sins
I’ll tell you everything as I down my tonic ‘n’ gin
I have been far too shy to speak, I’ve been waiting week by week
Let’s not play hide and seek all I wanna do is sing this song for you

I may not have no cars or flowers
I may not give you kisses on the Eiffel Tower
But Ill give you my heart, and slowly turns into your body part

Together we can ride this never ending midnight train
Love me do, love is you
When the rains are falling lightning striking Ill be here for you
Love me do, love is you
Dear Florence, I love you
